Fiz um pequeno vídeo ensinando a instalação do UP3
Muitos tem dúvidas em como deve ser essa instalação e os links que devem acessar.
No vídeo mostro de maneira rápida e simples como fazer.

I only need Cassie (3rd option: 31 files) installed over any other version of IL2 1946?

This option overrides all others. This one replaces all the previous ones:
The Ultrapack 3 RC4, Ultrapack 3.3 Bigfoot and the other patches and Hotfix?

Almost.
The Superpack contains everything you need to get to Ultrapack 3.4 (Patch 0, Hotfix 0), regardless where you're coming from.
All you need "on top" is the latest Patch Pack (if available - at the time of writing this, there is no Patch Pack available yet) and Hotfix (if available - at the time of witing this, Hotfix 8 is available).
