Weird mission bug

Hey

I use 4.12.1 HSFX7 expert and my problem is the following
I recently picked up Il-2 again and there's a weird bug that broke missions and some campaigns in a way that I can't open the plane's loadout menu and if I load the mission, I get the infamus blue horizon bug. Sometimes I hear my flight instantly exploding on the ground with some other glitched planes around. Also can't look other units in external view.
Then I checked the respective missions in FMB and turns out the player mark is gone from the given plane and many planes are on the wrong side.
Example:
HS-129 single missions
The Henschels were on the red team, player box not ticked in respective plane's properties
Some 190s were on also red team while 109s were on blue team as they should be

Same with I-15 and Pe-8 missions (and some more that I can't recall currently)

Also Pe-8 dynamic campaign:
Can't enter loadout screen
When loading mission, I get blue horizon, Pe-8s spawn inside eachother and instantly explode, Li-2 crashed on the ground with props bent sitting on it's belly

What could cause these symptons?

Should be noted that the game survived like 4 computers. I migrated it from my old pc that died to my dad's pc and then my laptop, and from there my current pc if that counts
Although many months ago when I was playing it on my new (current) pc, it worked flawlessly so it shouldn't be this

Edit: It's actually 4.12.2 with HSFX7.0.1 expert but the loading screen says 4.12.1 HSFX 7.0.0 expert, my mistake

There are three possible encodings of the button and external FMs.
- the standard and old coding which is used for the 409/411/412 (including standard HSFX).
- the crappy coding used for the 410
- the "why make it simple" coding used exclusively for HSFX Expert

Knowing this, it is normal that planes explode at the beginning of the game. The most common cause is due to incompatibility of the buttons or external FMs.
And for the blue screen, as you know (from the number of messages you have) comes from a compatibility problem (missing mesh/mat/tga) of the cockpit.
And as you have many years of presence, you know that: NO LOG, NO HELP!  ;)

As HSFX has been abandoned for many years, I hope you will find a HSFX Guardian Angel!

First I wanted to see what could cause these, to see if I can figure it out myself

I tought maybe the mission files themselves might have got F'd or something. Fixing the missions in FMB seems to solve the problem but for dynamic campaigns, I'm not sure. I don't dare to touch campaigns
I'll look around and post my log soon if I don't succeed

Forgot to mention, that you pointed the blue screen bug to a missing part of the cockpit
It's not the problem, the problem is that the game took away the player control from given flights and so the mission loads without any player controlled craft thus spawning me into the blue horizon

Okay guys I figured it out...
It was a goddamn decals shine mod

caught my attention and deleted the mod, and guess what happened? THE GAME WORKS!

so it's a cockpit problem!  :D
