I found that the former has radar antenna and the latter is an all-weather fighter
But I don't know how to make the radar search for enemy planes

The MiG-17 has no graphical radar screen. The Radar works in tracking mode only, giving audible feedback once the target is within the tracking range and cone.

The 110G4 uses the same radar screen like e.g. the 262 B-1A.
You have two tubes, one showing a contact's azimuth and the other it's elevation, compared to your own plane's line of sight.
The radar has two distance modes, long and short range. On the centerline of the tube's there are dots representing 1000m of distance for each dot.
To the lower/left end there's a dead zone echo from the receiver, it's almost constant. Depending on your altitude, you get a ground echo on the tubes as well.
You can use your bombsight keys to toggle range and adjust radar gain.

The radar screen is on the 110s' backseater panel, you have to switch to the 2nd cockpit of the 110 to see it.
When approaching a target, switch to short range mode when you are within 1.5 km from your target.
Don't get stick happy. Smooth moves. Slow approach. Keep your target centered (left/right and up/down spikes of same size).
At 300~500m distance, squeeze trigger and pull up gently. Guaranteed kill.

Do I have to set the button to open the panel?
In the BF110 G4, I pressed the toggle button "C".
It only moves to the machine gunner's view

Argh... yes indeed.
We don't have the radar equipment in the Ultrapack Night Fighters yet.
What a pity.
The G10N has the FuG-200 "Hohentwiel" maritime patrol radar, but the night fighters... nothing yet.
Sounds like an item to put on the todo-list, but then again, I've got no time right now to do any further Ultrapack development.

In the meantime, BAT has all of this available for offliners.
