Just a little question before I download Patch 1.

Do the addons still work with "Cassie"? I'm asking because I read that it was originally made for UP3RC4.

Thanks!

Some do, some don't. YMMV.
I found that the Engines&Cowlings mod by Jeronimo causes issues on the new 190s in Patch 1, as the Jero mod is quite outdated and we have switched to Claymore's 190s pack now.

The constant improvement pays out. We have cool Sounds in UP3, refined FMs.
Thank you for your effort, to all who contributed

One tiny question?

Mike, would it be possible to enable
Code: [Select]
CCockpitDoor 1for all Series P-51s in FM?

Bs,Cs and early Ds have it set 0  :-[

In a future Patch, as this fairly cosmetic.
I use Cockpit Mods with open Canopies here and find it just awesome when it works.

Best wishes

Sure we can do this, just need to get the corresponding cockpit mods implemented as well then.
One thing doesn't work without the other you know...

That I can forward you no problem.

My build I remember is a bit messy. Needs tidy up.
I know, you need clean Files, I use altered Pit Files, will redo as Default as possible.
Give me a bit Time.

PM sent:

The Java I took from Superschool Dump for 3.3, Buttons from latest Hotfix.
As usual my Java should be messy, I dunno right. My Buddy will guide me with Eclipse,
so far he is buisy, so I'm stuck with DJ.

What I remember we had a very good solution before TFM, after latest DBW.
It was a complicated Set of Mods, Files to enable Open Canopies on Mustangs.
But the topic stopped when Folks complained about why 4 People mod on the same Cockpit.
We all had no nerves dealing with silly Complaints and left everything.

Everything open, except C Model internally.
Complicated, as Files and code spreaded, went down the flush of Time.

It is here that I reminescent 2016, days that I tinkered with it.
Have to relearn the complicated matter again, due to my Brain setup.

The 3-D can be made Default, that is sure, as it was achieved before.

Will there be any plans in the future to update the mod?
And thanks for the response!

"Update" the Jero mod? No, not really.
Maybe I will create a packed version where the conflicting parts of the mod have been removed, dunno.
It's a matter of time, and time is scarce.

quick question do self-stationary planes work in Cassie? I checked and there is no self stationary section in the stationary.ini file and I couldn't find any post concerning this issue. Thanks

We didn't have the need to support SSPs yet as all planes that have been added to UP are also available as stationary planes.
I might take a look at the feasibility of implementing SSPs for custom modded installations at a later point in time, but it's not really a priority at the moment.

Hello, I've been trying to make missions for HSFX for a few months now. Me and friends have decided to move from HSFX to UP but unfortunately the Mission editor doesn't allow for mouse wheel zoom which is very detrimental to our capability to make missions. Is there anyway to change this?

No. You will have to wait and see if Storebror will add this feature in a future update.

In the mean time, you can, while holding down the Shift key, click and drag to create a box to select an area. This way of zooming in is almost as convenient to me as mouse-wheel zoom.

You can also use your mouse's scroll wheel while your mouse is over the vertical slider at the left of the screen. This method, when zooming in, will only zoom towards the middle of your screen, so I'd recommend only using it for zooming out.
