I have launched quick missions with 64 aircraft and am impressed by the excellent performance of the new Ultrapack 3.4. Thanks for this tremendous development.

Thanks Haukka.
Ultrapack doesn't come with a full set of planes of all eras like BAT does, but they're siblings, with UP being the little yet slightly more streamlined sister of BAT.
We do lag behind in content implementation, but to me the online compatibility and the aforementioned performance gain make it worth the wait for further stuff to implement.

Does this work on 4.12.2 with Ultrapack RC4 Megapatch?

In the Russian version the names of almost all aircraft are translated.
How can I translate the rest of the names into Russian?

Just do it.
Create a list with english vs. russian names and it'll be implemented in the next Patch / Hotfix.

Hello, I just tested Ultrapack 3.4 and there is a bit different external camera than the one in vanilla. Could I somehow change it to the original one?

Assign a key to "Toggle Game Menu" and make sure that nothing's checked in the "Options" Menu except for maybe "Show FPS" and "Show Status Bar" - that way your camera will act like Stock IL-2.

Here, I want to feedback two issues:

1. When I try to deploy a large mission(including 3-4 airports with all UP34 aircraft types available) on the server, the prompt "Time overflow (xx): tickLen yy" appears on the server cmd, and it becomes extremely slow and unable to connect.
According to mike's previous explanations, this is the internal delay caused by the overload of the server, but similar problems will not appear in 3.0rc4 (according to mike's previous feedback in the BUG topic, this may be related to the problem of airport supplies improved after 3.2).

Is there any way to fix this problem?
I found that the il-2 process on my server can only use one CPU core. Is there any way to activate multi-core support to achieve higher performance?

2. In the mission of UP3.x, we couldn't repair the bridges that were blown up in the mission or set up new bridges. If some players blow up the bridge on the path of the AI troop at the beginning of the mission, the AI troop will not be able to move forward and the mission will not be able to continue.
In some online continuous battles with complex design, the logical interruption caused by bridge damage can not be solved by changing the map, because it will reset the state of other battle areas.

Is it possible for AI ground forces to repair bridges, erect bridges/wading, or simply make some bridges indestructible?

This sounds like a general performance issue of the server you are running UP3 on.
Loading extremely large missions is an IOPS limited task. If you get the "Time overflow" message, it means that it took too long for the filesystem to scan for the objects to be loaded. This is actually something that happens on very weak systems only.
IL-2 generally is a single core game. At the time it has been developed, multi core systems weren't a thing. The whole game is not designed for multithreading. That's what we have. It would take a completely new game to change that.

If I were to bet, I'd guess that you're trying to run the server on a shared (aka "virtual") host, an extremely dated leftover PC or something of that kind.
That won't work.
What you need is a dedicated host in the range of an Intel i5 2000 series at least.

Is it possible for AI ground forces to repair bridges, erect bridges/wading, or simply make some bridges indestructible?
Not that I know of, and AFAIK it's the same across all IL-2 versions and flavours.
