A sample of "Anchor Towers" for airships. And thanks for new perspectives on IL2

Cheers

A couple more drones done.

I am waiting for a new 3d for the F9C Sparrowhawk so I have time to equip the ZRCV:

The "Unicorn Squadron"  VZB-1 with a BT-Z (1938)

The color scheme is green tail ID (preliminary) for ZRCV-1  and a backward pointing wing chevron (established 1932)

in 1941 and early 42 the lighter-than-air-force receives updates:

I think this lineup will provide for a few interesting action settings?

It looks nice and interesting
if we manage to implement this project at B.A.T
it should provide a lot of excitement.

Good luck Vampire

Truly excellent, it would have been a amazing experience to take to the skies in it. 8)

Macon, also, finished.

I think I put the final strokes on the skins.

Here's what I consider the best painting of the Macon:

ZRS types like Macon only have one docking hook. That's easy to manage and basically a player oriented feature.
Although you can of course set time delayed fights to spawn and undock in a sequence to simulate the Macon dropping their 4 Fighters in a sequence. This can be done by time delay or by a trigger apparition!

ZRCV types are a bit more advanced.

Here you can see a player-controlled squadron undocking.

Mike rewrote the code because actions like that weren't available until now.  Nobody had thought about so many hooks yet.

The undocking from a ship is player dependent and multiplayer capable. All AI will undock once the last player undocks themselves from that ship. Then the AI will continue with a 2.5 second interval, one by one.  This is shown in the above picture  and i think it's looking nicely spaced. So far AI hasn't run into each other.

On a full AI controlled ship with drones, undocking will follow a different order but also with the same spacing of 2.5 seconds to avoid AI crashing into each other. The Full AI flight undocking can be triggered by the same waypoint conditions we already know from the TB-3/I-16

On an AI ship with AI-only flights, you can make individual flights undock at different times (as in: not necessarily all flights undock at the same point in time), since you can build the waypoints for each flight to influence the drop-trigger
