Hi there. I have 4.1 BAT, and got the recommended skinpacks for the 'DGen for BAT' download.
I just put all the skins in the PaintSchemes/Skins folder
However, I noticed using different H-75 versions that the loaded skin is somewhat random, and I can't choose them in the skin dropdown menu inside the game (only 'default' appears as an option, unlike in other planes). Sometimes I get Vichy, sometimes Finnish, sometimes pre-armistice French.
What am I doing wrong?

Hi Pinguim,

You aren't doing anything wrong. Default skins, skins you don't have (easy) access to, are "built into the model" to put it in a way. The default skin may change depending on the current map (summer/winter/dessert).

Extra skins go into the skins folder but many aircraft models changed from the time Enjoyr put together the skin packs. Long story short, not all skins found in Enjoyr downloads will work in BAT.

The B.A.T. Skin Collection packs a good set of skins to get you started, including many Enjoyr skins. I personally checked 99% of the skins included in the collection. If you want skins for a particular plane you will have to search these boards and other sites. I am sure will eventually find some.
