Michael Wittmann was another German tiger tank ace , but he didn't survive the war.

Lucky for that 109 the battle took place over France.

That loose cowling coupled with the bite out of the top rear fuselage was always my favourite bit of damage modelling, don't see it much nowadays. They might have slaughtered the Blenheims and accounted for half of my Spitfires, but the bounders knew they'd been in a fight by the time I bailed out. 

I'll try my luck in a different theatre. Let's save Moscow!
