It would be very useful to mission-builders to have moving HomeBases. We can do this with carriers, but they can speed up to, at most, around 70km/h. But, we also have the test runway objects. These act like ships, and ships can have movement speed.

My suggestion: set the maximum speed of these ships to 1000 km/h. That way, we can have moving airspawn HomeBases, tied to those "ships", which can move at around 400 km/h or so to, say, follow along with a bomber formation or something. Of course, this would only work over water, but it would still be very useful.
