Does anyone know how to attach a pdf to a post or a work around to do so besides pdf to text? I'd hate to put 130 pages on a post.

Make sure you are authorized to post the PDF file.
Go to https://www.mediafire.com/ and upload the PDF.
Post the resulting Download link here.

Thanks for the info. Under attachments and other options I don't have the option so I would assume I'm not authorized which makes sense, I'm still pretty new here.

Nope that's a misunderstanding.
When mentioning authorization, I'm talking about the right to share the file.
The fact that you cannot attach it to a post here is completely unrelated, that's just due to restricted space on the server we use.
