New Joystick?
« on: September 08, 2020, 05:48:15 AM »

Hi All,
Just got Steam version of BOS (great battles) very impressed with it.
However I'm using a very old microsoft joystick which I need to update,(some of the buttons don't work anymore)
So i'm looking for a replacement that will work with both BOS and 1946
one that will not cost a furtune (and is not an old type)
Any advice would be great!
Cheers edc1

MSFFB2 works perfectly in BoX, but some people experience minor issues here and there. I know of two:
The FFB force on the pitch axis may get lost occassionally, so that you have to restart the game to get it back.
Furthermore, a few people report stutters when using FFB together with TrackIR software, but there are workarounds if you happen to run into this problem.
