Changing Comms option Keybinds?

Hey, I wanted to know if it was possible to change the Comms options keybind, since I got a wierd bug that prevent me to reset my keybind by default, I have to manually remap everything, and on the comms, I put them on Tab and once I click on it the options pops up, but I can't select any except Frequency, Bandits and Technical, the rest are unselectable.

Can I change the keybinds on those options in Comms?
