load ini error, im starting to be desperate

hi friends.

I heavily moded my up3rc4 up3.2 patch 4 version of a game. I shared my game version to my friends so we can fly together on a server. We all four do have windows 10. It was not a problem to copy the il2 1946 game folder (they already have purchased their own versions of a game. Just letting everyone know) from my external disk on their machines. Everything went pretty fine until last friend tried to copy the game on his win10. He is getting classic Load.ini map errors from the start of loading of the game. Some, not many maps work. I went thru all forums i know, mainly here. Found many posts. Tried many solutions mentioned there such as lowering water 4 in conf.ini and deleting carsmasters water and many many others. No change. Can anyone try to help me please?

if i did anything wrong with asking or making my post, im sorry. I tried my best to post as much info as i can from the start.

i have a little feeling that u guys will know which mod causes this. Or how to simply overcome this problem. I really just want to provide him with this version so gets into flying.

if u need more info, just tell me.

I'm not sure, but I always google search the error and it usually helps find previous topics with same error where one may find a solution:

I was googling load ini error or such, but never imagined searching for exact TGA...im dumb sorry and thanks

Maybe DON'T mod an online compatibility game. :)) Jokes aside, at least you're not flying on the SAS server with that.

I do have a different version for flying on SAS server.

And on the other hand those mods world work rather against me then for me...

And Its heavily modded in terms of graphic look ONLY;D
