The stock F6F-3 and -5 do not include illuminated needles for the gauges on the two lower auxilliary panels. This mod redresses this deficiency.
In all, 11 new needles are now lit up, to join the rest of lit ones up on the main panel.
Note that these needles were originally made using Image04.tga. Furthermore, unlike the other gauge needles on the main panel (which are made from more proper images of a variety of needle forms), these needles are very simple, generally being skinny rectangles for the most part. I used this simplicity to employ a tiny part of the same .tga's used for the other needles, namely Image09.tga and Image09_night.tga. This means I did not need to create a new night texture, which would have necessitated altering the cockpit class.
This means this mod works for all game versions.
When I eventually get round to doing a proper re-work of the Hellcat cockpit, these needles will be replaced with better ones. But in the meantime, night ops are made a tad more realistic now.
