Gang:

I'm patched to Pegasus 3.8.3. I'm looking to add the following Italian Heavy Bomber (or barring that, pointing out if it's already in the menu and I'm simply too blind to see it!), The Four engined
Piaggio P108.

That is all... a link to adding the model to my selection or a rebuke telling me I'm all wet.

Let it me known that I have searched for it on the site but it seems to be a case of 'nothing found'.

That's great to hear, but where is it? I scrolled down the list by nation and it's not in the Italian group or the prototypes or the 'alternate history' group. I mean the name IS still 'Piaggio P108' right?

I believe it is only for 4.09 rebels at the moment.  Many new planes start there and are transitioned up by the miracle workers.  Possibly next BAT Expansion "Moon over Malta".

Download is on page 1 of the thread which is linked in the first reply above.  Its pretty obvious. --- even to me.

I've just loaded it up in my SASModAct5.3 and it seems to work ok, tho I've not tested everything.

No I found the download link and I got the download; another post said the plane was already part of our plane selection menu (at least that's how I interpreted it) so I was hoping that
there was no need to add it but I guess no such luck.

You need to add it, but thats not so difficult. Bat 3.8.3 includes an option to use SASModAct5.3 (using the Selector).
So you need to decide if you want it to appear in SASModAct or in World at War.
You will install either in #SAS folder or in #WAW3 folder, depending on which you want it to appear in.
You will find 4 folders in the download. Start by installing  folder --  06__Piaggio_P108_byIES_v1.2
Extract straight into the #SAS or #WAW3 folder. Then follow instructions to add text to the chief.ini file
Check if it appears in the game before going further.  -- no weapons yet.
Then complete the text entries, as instructed.
Next install the folder -- 01__Weapons_Italia   and make text entries as instructed.
Plane should now be working with full range of weapons.
Finish by installing the other 2 folders from the download.

OK, now that I have downloaded the newest additions for WAW, 4.12, there IS a P108 I can find the drop down box; however, while I can fly the model and drop bombs, none of the gunner stations appear when I hit the 'C' key. I don't know if the gun positions have not been modeled (some aircraft have that problem like the JU188 and the Me210/410--they have positions but not the powered turrets or barbettes) or if I did something wrong.

You didn't do anything wrong... many "big asses" like this plane don't have a turret position.
And if you made a mistake (I doubt it) or if the Mod has a problem, you will see it in the LOG!
