Mod IL" 1946 for OpenVR capability
« on: March 01, 2020, 05:20:25 AM »

Hello,

Sorry for my bad English.

I'm looking to add OpenVR capability for IL2 1946 4.13.4 SAS.
For now, I want it to work with the cockpit view (without menu and other views).

I'm modifying and removing existing source code to understand where to put my code.
I changed the location of the camera in the cockpit by editing the HookPilot.java file.
I also created a simple OpenVR.java file with the native methods init, shutdown, getHmdLocation.
And edit HUD.java to print my information on the screen.

Now I want to calibrate the camera to be in the cockpit, my VR head must be on the ground to be inside the cockpit.
I will also figure out how to project the game in a framebuffer and edit the projection matrix for each eye.

Do you know how I can project the game in the framebuffer to submit the texture in my VR head?

I have an Oculus Rift S.

I provide you my source code to look at.

Thank you in advance for your help :D

PS: I can not add external link for source code and I already tried of add source code with quote (not work with same error) :(
