And has it helped? Tweaking the .tga's to give less trees was fairly simple, but getting the right amount is trial and error. You can have a go at doing these by getting the original .tga tree files, and opening them in photoshop and using (I think) a paint tool or something to darken the black background which makes the white dots smaller :D
