IJAAF pilot's suits made for tropical and warm-weather conditions.

I saw on period photographs, Japanese Army pilots wearing a mix of "tropical" and "summer" flying suits. So I set the former for pilots from Ja-00 to Ja-15, leaving the latter for pilots from Ja-16 to Ja-31.

Suited for New Guinea and Burma theatres of operation.

Updated!

- Reduced number to 16 (DGen never picks pilots after 16th).
- Shuffled pilots wearing "tropical" and "summer" suits.
- Added some mix of summer trousers with tropical top.
