Gentlemen i hate to be the bearer of bad news but what you all are looking at is a Shkval Rocket torpedo with added tail fins, a Russian torpedo produced in the 1970s it creates a super cavitation bubble around it so it can exceed 200 knots underwater
the pictures are almost identical with the exception of the tail fins

Hello Flanker27,  I am not entirely convinced that this is what we are looking for :-|, apart from the differences in appearance, there are also differences in performance, but thanks for the suggestions 8).

German engineers in the 1940s stealing military tech from the Soviets in the 1970s. Who employed some of those engineers in the late 1940s and 1950s in the process of creating a modern military industry which delivered technologies which were stolen by German engineers from the 1940s who were... ah, wait a minute.
But, why not.
