Series Heinkel He 100/112 Italian Skin Pack "Not Historical"
« on: December 13, 2019, 06:51:35 AM »

It's a skins package that I developed for pure fun as the title suggests are not historical skins, let alone this aircraft served in the Regia Aeronautica or in the Republic of Salò ... too bad because it was a beautiful aircraft ...

A dutiful thanks to 101tfs
for providing the templates in this series;)

Good fun

... I really like your sense of "pure fun", Stefano ...!  8)

Many THX for these beautiful ones ...!  ;)

EDIT:

Jeez ...!

These are Hi-Res 12 Mb skins, so I converted some of them to stock 1 Mb format for my own use, here is the link, in case some would like to have them:

Thank you, Stefano. Happy to add these to my files.

Five He 100s were exported to the Soviet Union in 1940. Photos of some of these aircraft show them in what appears to have been either RLM 02 or RLM 63 overall, with white or unpainted surface cooling panels on the wing, fuselage, and empennage, etc. A few more were exported to Japan, for evaluation by the IJN, during the same period, but I've never found a photo of an He 100 in IJN markings. Nevertheless, you may wish to consider creating speculative schemes for USSR and IJN machines as well.

As promised, I worked on another series of skins for the Heinkel He-100 on the advice of EHood, to develop some skins
this time historical ... except for the Russian ones, some of the historical Soviet ones I could have taken from Wings Palette, but for the others I worked with imagination always inherent to the VVS. "If someone gives me a tip where I can find the historical ones I would be grateful";)
Then I went to the Empire of the Rising Sun ... and here I do morning.... :)
