Thanks for the tip to look in the West Front add-ons.  I copied over all the 3DO objects and edited in the static.ini entries for almost all of  the missing objects.  I am now down to looking for the complete static.ini entry for:

buildings.House$Fontan_Vitaly

which now shows as the lone missing object.

Any further direction from you on where I might find the static.ini entry and the object itself for buildings.House$Fontan_Vitaly?

But, new Stalingrad maps still require missing objects

Thanks leforban! The Battle of Moscow 3do and static.ini entries did the trick. It also turned out that the Re & Re Stalingrad Winter version also required two additional missing static entries (buildings.House$Monument_W and buildings.House$FurnitureWinTreeLine) both of which I found in the Battle of Moscow static.ini. Now all three  S-A-W Stalingrad versions with the ruined and un-ruined silo etc load, save and fly in my BAT 3.7.2.

Thank you very much. Done. Winter, summer and autumn works.

Got them working in my 412.2 SAS 5.3. heavily modded. ( started yesterday 11.30pm, went to bed, then gave it some time tonight ).
Was very much the same process as for Marat.
Installed the Ilmen objects ( post 13 ), then reduced the problem to a similar missing trio.

SOLVED for me, thanks to the just above posts info.
Note: I had Poland summer for a long while, but not winter version ( Post 18 ). Did not had to add Poland winter, yet.
I already had      buildings.House$CstationFree    from the Poland map, so I added it's wreck variant with these lines:
