Blank speech files

I noticed that in speech folders there are many empty sound files. In some cases the original files are replaced, meaning that not every line can be heard during gameplay. This is most noticeable in allied nations (USA, UK, Australia).

This is an example in one of AU folders.

One reason of this could be an application of the "little less conversation" mod to all folders, leaving unused files in all the folders. It's not much of a problem.
You can customise your speech folders to your liking with speech mods if you want

Thank you for your answer. It's interesting that among the blanked lines the (in)famous "What the hell? Stay on leader's course" is not present.
