Victor's Sound Mod 6.0 is already built in Le Grand Cirque. No need to install it separately.

Patch 3.6.2 is already built in Le Grand Cirque. No longer needed nor available for download.

Installed, run.
Very fine upgrade.
Great thanks.
New sounds for new planes (Amiot).
La 5 & 7 sound the same since 3.5 Musketeer.
I did'nt know BAT & CUP before.
I've their sounds (engine, guns) in the ear.
Spitfires, P51, P47 too.
Far from UV3.
Magnificent new (two types) Short Stirling.
Congratulations.
Some littlle regrets about B26B engine & propellers.
And of course, bugs on the ntracks about canopies & helos.
But, great pleasure to play & "fly" all the same.

Wow brilliant.  There go my next few evenings.  Which new plane will I try first?

Thanks to the team for these amazing expansions.

Hi Guys,

I hope my post finds you all well and enjoying the latest edition of BAT. I just had to take a moment and say thank you to the massive community here and to the dedicated team of modders who have made BAT such a success. I am beginning to learn names from reading through the posts - Mike who managed to break the Java wall, Vampire Pilot who has packaged the last few editions. Monty for assembling CUP and BAT and for some great WWI campaigns. I cannot thank you guys enough for this pack. I've played the vpmodpack for quite some time for its ease of installation and because I'm mostly drawn to IL-2 for the World War II content.

I'm floored by the upgrade that BAT brings. Already noticing lots of little touches - from the way the engines turn over, the ear splitting (and fantastic!) sound pack, the special effects and, of course, the thousands of aircraft that have been added to the sim. It really is a one stop shop for just about anything you might be curious in. I just did another round of a little bit of everything - DCG Campaigns in Libya, the Eastern Front, Pacific Theater, and I wound up playing an hour past when I planned to hop off for the night.

I'm speechless. This is hands down one of the best flight sim experiences I've ever had. I've always liked IL-2 but never fully clicked with it (I grew up playing sims like European Air War and Red Baron II) but with BAT installed, this sim really transcends to another level. So many things I noticed tonight, from the satisfaction of getting rounds on target after fighting with an AI for a solid ten minutes of turn fighting, to the cockpit mirrors that actually work. So much good stuff. I'm having difficulty prying myself away at the end of the night - which is the highest compliment I can give a sim.

Thank you again guys and again, a massive salute to all of you.

Cheers!
