Bravo Zulu!
SWEET!!  Excellent cinematography, Clint!
Chopper sequences are very compelling.
And I like your portrait..I was watching that movie the other night.
Peter Sellers had everybody cracking up on the set.

Ohhh Thank you ! yeah Dr Strangelove ! Gotta love Kubrick man ! Every single movie this guy made were intelligent on some level. A real master !

And I know what it's like to go through and try to get all those rushes and put them together..masterful!

Yeah it's funny because the "movie" could have taken a totally different direction.
The last shot with the huey taking off was fitting the music so well I had to leave it as it was... I think? Lol I'm uncertain about everything all the time, but yeah as long as it's pleasing to the eyes and the ears then it's good!

Great film Clint!
Because we're all airplane/history nerds here I'll point out one little detail you might think about if you do more Vietnam-era films. B-52 'cells' were made up of three aircraft, not four. Otherwise, great job, keep it up!
Sillius_Sodus

I was actually wondering about that! I tried looking up B-52 formations on Google; how close they fly by from each other, etc...
In the end I stopped driving myself nuts with those details, I already had like 60 clips/rushes of so many different scenarios, the editing on premiere pro to do, making sure my music tracks weren't gonna get muted, all that "pressure" I'm sure you can imagine, so I said oh well... fuck the B-52's formation lol, let's just rooooolll the damn cam ! But yeah it's still good to know for future purposes so thanks !  ;D ;D ;D

Truly awesome! Many thanks for sharing,

Yes! My pleasure, I'm glad you like it !  :P

Another song that would be perfect for another video like that is the song “I wanna be your dog” by the Stooges  but pretty much any deep purple song fits as well, and also how did you get your explosions to look so pretty?
