I've read that the vertical tail on this was "reversible", and it supposedly was to pivot up or down- but I've never seen an animation or even a diagram of how it was to be done.

But the Problem is the Shadow on the Ju-187 less Shadow, while other planes have Full Shadow on the sun.

This is another of the projected LW birds that would have ended up giving the LW major headaches! The tail arrangement would have never worked satisfactorily and the Germans had a very good Jabo in the form of the FW-190F and G variants...why they chose to even invest in the idea of the 187 is beyond me...no gain
For a plane of marginal performance that would have had no chance against fighters of its day...

But the model for IL-2 sure looks nice and thanks a lot for the continued work
