After talking with SAS~Bombsaway and using Beacons in new campaigns, I compiled his music files, and a few more, ready to go as Il2/Samples/Radio folders.  This means they are accessible in-game when you tune into the relevant beacons.

Can someone expain how these are supposed to work?  I cant figure this out.  I'm just dumb.
