« on: April 18, 2019, 07:24:26 PM »

Easter is coming, so here is an    egg chase   > no, rather a color chase...

Just had some fun today ! LoL       ( this Pic. shows "layer6" in 13 colors; then I used only 3 next post, to prove the point ).

Thanks for the tip, vp

... in my search I was actually looking for the black nodule at the tail wheel.

Checked.
Your version  does add to   G-4+ >  109s:     PropellorT.mat  , pointing to a dedicated tga for the propeller.

Code: [Select]
[Layer0]
  TextureName ..\Textures\Tech_prop.tga
Addendum:
...I had that prop mod installed a while back too, probably in it's "much earlier form"; at the time it was whithout the said .mat files for 109s.

As for the green and red areas mentioned, 95% of my 109G skins have this feature omitted; only few are correct or corrected.
( that is the nodule is black and antenna is wild ); correct or corrected ones usually show the nodule as dark grey, without much consideration for underside of the plane being of lighter colors sometimes, or even of varied hues of sky blue + dirt.
PS: ...since this post, I corrected these areas for my applied skins, those collected since 2004 into my G3/4s skin folders. Now they all look quite nice. Later G's I will only do as, when they are needed. PPS: Unfortunately in NTRKs, skins do not retrofit.
