These two seems to be the problem,
INTERNAL ERROR: Can't open file '3DO/Effects/Aircraft/Pullingvapor.eff'

INTERNAL ERROR: Effect param file '3DO/Effects/Aircraft/Pullingvapor.eff' NOT loaded
java.lang.RuntimeException: INTERNAL ERROR: Effect param file '3DO/Effects/Aircraft/Pullingvapor.eff' NOT loaded
this is a missing effect

I once ran this mod on version 4.12.2(MA5.30) and ran into about the same thing... I decided to do this by installing the F-16 and F-18 mods (in my latest version), combining mods means getting a bunch of different errors, but then it worked and the plane flew(also, some weapons may conflict with other files and they will need to be disabled, there was a post about it somewhere here) and in general, we can conclude that the F-14 is somehow connected with the F-16 or F-18.... Because without them, he refuses to launch and shoot, and the most interesting thing is that no one says anything about it...

Only "Can't open file '3DO/Effects/Aircraft/Pullingvapor.eff"is the important error to be dealt with. The float camp etc is a non critical error that show in many modded install

I am unable to install this mod. I installed all the requirements and edited the .ini, but even so the game crashes when it reaches 20% loading, I'm new to the game and when it comes to installing the mods, I honestly don't know where I'm going wrong
