Problems with single mission in JETWAR add on to vp_modpack

Hello folks,
I created a mission with the Sinai map as provided by the new JETWAR add on to vp_modpack. The planes I used, Mirage IIICJs on the Israeli side and Mig21bis on the Egyptian. I get the pink plane effect and the log says,

INTERNAL ERROR: HierMesh: Can't find chunk 'EffectBox'
INTERNAL ERROR: HierMesh: Can't find chunk 'GearL212_D0'
INTERNAL ERROR: HierMesh: Can't find chunk 'GearR212_D0'

Any suggestions would be most welcome (vp_modpack, JETWAR add on, map Jetwar/Sinai)

EDIT: I recreated the mission from scratch, directly on the Desert_Sinai map in vp_modpack and all is fine, same planes, same armaments. The original version was an altered QMB mission provided in JETWAR/vp_modpack.
