Changed video card and jagged edges have re appeared
« on: November 02, 2017, 10:02:09 PM »

Changed out my 980ti for a 1080ti and some how messed up my settings to where jagged edges have now appeared.  When looking at an aircraft with an antenna wire it is jagged and not smooth as it was with the 980ti.  I know there is proper setting and I have searched but I cannot fund the proper settings in the NVIDIA control panel.  I have looked on this forum but have not been able to locate the posts.

Thanks.

In most cases what happens is that you forget to set "override any application settings" in the Nvidia Control Panel.
See some example settings here: https://www.sas1946.com/main/index.php/topic,34039.msg368263.html#msg368263 - I'd recommend to always use 16x Anisotropic Filtering though.

Best regards - Mike

Thanks Mike,
Followed the link and adjusted accordingly and now all is good.

I did have "override any any application settinings"set,  but what I did change is "Antialiasing-FXAA" from on to off that did the trick for me.
