The patch is for #WAW did you change the destination directory to #JTW to see if that works?

BAT is the easiest thing to reconstruct.

As long as you only messed with the #WAW, #DBW... folders, just delete the one that troubles you and extract that one from the latest pack again and you are back to Vanilla.
