Many members here are not young and all have an interest in helping others. The challenge is we cannot see what you are seeing. We can only go with what you can write and explain. Since English is not your first language, we are attempting to see in our minds what we think you are seeing on your screen. It is guessing. But please do not get frustrated or upset with the responses, these guys help a lot of people.
I have decided to install a new Il-2 game to check on your questions since it has been a long time since I installed VP.
I starting with a Clean Il-2 game version 4.12.2M. The game size = 16 GBs (I have added and removed aircraft skins so your folder size will be a little bit different.) To do this, I created a new folder on my game drive = E:\Il-2 1946 VPMOD. I then went to my "Clean Il-2 ver. 4.12.2M" folder, opened it, selected all of the files and folders in it, right-click on the mouse and selected "Copy." I then returned to my new folder, opened it, right-click on the mouse and selected "paste." After all of the files and folders were copied into my new game folder "E:\Il-2 1946 VPMOD" I opened the folder and started the game. This allowed me to ensure I have a working copy of the game. No problem with the game.
Next I went to where I keep my VPMOD files which is "E:\Updates & Mods for games\VPMOD for Il-2 ver 4.12.2M" I keep all patches, mods, updates for all my games under the folder "E:\Updates & Mods for games. This helps me from mixing things up.
Opening my VPMOD folder, I have 16 files named: "vp_modpack.7z.001" "vp_modpack.7z.002" and so on until it reaches "vp_modpack.7z.016" Files 7z.001 - 7z.015 are 716,800 KB each in size. File 7z.016 is 2,493 KB in size. No other files are in there.
I right-clicked on "vp_modpack.7z.001" which brought up the menu as VP showed earlier in this thread. I selected 7-zip from the selection which took me to a second menu. On this menu I selected "Extract files" and this took me to the 7-zip extract menu. The top white box will show, by default, the location where your 7-zip files are located. To the right of this white box is a button that has 3 x dots on it. This is the "Browse" button. Click on Browse which takes you to a menu which is windows file manager and shows all of your computer drives. Navigate to your Il-2 game folder (for me I navigated to "E:\Il-2 1946 VPMOD") I clicked on the new game folder and then clicked on the "OK" button at the bottom of this menu. Once you click OK, you are returned to the previous menu with the top white box now showing your game folder. Do not worry about the rest of the boxes on this menu. Now I pressed "OK" at the bottom of the menu. VPMOD begun to extract itself into my "E:\Il-2 1945 VPMOD" game folder.
Oh, I just saw something interesting. By using this method, all of the VPMOD contents extracted into a folder named "vp_modpack" within my game folder. Is this what is happening to you? If so, take all of the files and folders within the "vp_modpack" folder and move them into your game folder. Answer YES to overwrite existing files.
To answer your question - Yes VP has included MODACT 5.30 and the selector version is 3.1.1.
Start the game - the il-2 selector has already selected SAS Modact by default so you just need to click on "il2fb.exe".
Immediately the SAS Modact introduction screen appears in the center of your monitor then the opening screen for the game will appear. In the lower left corner of the game's opening screen it should read "Version 4.12.2M with SAS ModActivator 5.30 and SAS Flyable AI Aircraft v5.30"
VP modded game folder is now = 45.8 GB
You now have VP MODpack installed. Enjoy.
