I would very much like to know how to pull planes from one mod to another, specifically JTW to WAW.
Is it as simple as copying from the air.ini and planes and weapons.properties? Or are their files buried
further down that I am not even considering?

I wanted to move the C-54 over I used --https://www.sas1946.com/main/index.php?topic=41014.15;wap2 followed directions threw it in the WAW folder
and then moved the air.ini and aircraft.properties JTW to WAW and it worked. I figured I'd try it, what's the harm
in installing/uninstalling/reinstalling BAT for the 8th time if everything got messed up. Now to figure out how to get
1944 USAAF markings on it.

You have to Install anew as usual the plane into your Mod ( in your case into WAW... )
Copy mod-to-mod of  air.ini , planes and weapons.properties is not enough !!!

Somehow I got it to work, if only there was a C-54 template.
