Weird runway explosion in dynamic campaign

Whenever I've used the SAS Modact mod, I always run into a very peculiar problem.  About seven or so sorties into a campaign, when I'm starting a mission, after the loading screen, it will freeze for a second and then all of the squadrons planes will blow up and the mission is automatically failed, before it's even begun.  Checking the map you see it's every plane on the map.  It's like the mission accidentally place all the planes in a squadron in the exact same spot, which causes them to collide and blow up.  Has anyone ever seen this problem before?

Yep. It's an already reported problem. Usually it's related with dynamic campaigns created with an older game version (for example, UP 2.01, UI, etc). I have checked several times that the problem are the loadouts of each squadron in the generated mission.

I have lost a lot of DGen campaigns because this problem.

It can be fixed. Let the author of the campaign know about the issue.

Well that's the thing.  It's the stock dgen campaign from IL-2 Sturmovik, Luftwaffe army group center

Another cause of your problem is an object may be placed too close to your flight's spawn point on the runway. Culprits are sirens or searchlights. Go into FMB, select File/load/campaign/DE/dgen_c_lvov41(yourpilotname). Click and open your last mission (something like 10625.mis). Expand the map around the area where your take off point is. Zoom right in and see if you can see a siren or searchlight object (or anything else) near to the runway end. Either move it out of the way, or delete it. Save the file and either play test the mission in FMB or go back to your campaign to check if the problem persists.

Which campaign is it? And you are using just ModAct, with which mods enabled?

It was a Kuban campaign that was continuing on from a crimean start.  I was past lieutenant and flight lead and everything.  And then it just started happening again on Lvov 41, all stock campaigns.  I'm gonna take a look at the missions and let you guys know what's going on.
