I'm still following this with great interest.  As sniperton states: "Most of these 'bumps' are originating in the individual mods" - That's exactly right.  Our wider ambition to fly all of the possible eras is also at the heart of this issue.  The CUP structure helps to isolate parts of the java wall.

I'm always open to new methods and material and would also be happy to hook up on Skype and share Cloud storage.  That's how we get things done in a practical way, so let me know.

Meanwhile C.U.P #WAW Part-21 is almost with us - adding more wonderful content and choices.   8)

 :P :P :P :P I'm adicted to additions!  ;)
Winning is optional, but trying your best is not.

We are always open to these suggestions and the discussion is long, complex and interesting.  Its been going on for years and as it continues I learn more each time.

However, committees often prolong a discussion to the point where nothing is actually finished and delivered.  The CUP Team got hold of 412 mods and did deliver.  Even if it meant making a few compromises.  CUP was never perfect but it works and it is out there.

Now that we have #WAW developed to such a high standard we are freezing development on #WAW, temporarily, so that people can work on these optimisations without their efforts being undermined by the next update.
