By the way, couldnt it be simpler to multiply the size of map .tgs files by two,
and do so also with x and y coordinates of objects in actors.static inbuildings.txt file? So discrepancies among the object sizes and terrain height could be avoided.
It should rersult also in lower fraps.

Again static checker shows all objects are available, but missions cannot be saved. Helas. Tried both actors files with no result.
The log shows only this:
com.maddox.il2.game.GameWin3D.main(GameWin3D.java:235)

This entry:

was available in my static.ini

Now the log shows this

I highly recommend WxTech's re-do of the height map_H!

Here's a quick attempt at bringing the terrain into better height range for this distance-compressed map. It offers the feature of making the hills a bit less of an imposing obstacle for those airstrips close to them.

If you want to try it, you could first re-name the existing to, e.g., map_h_original. In any event, back it up first, unless you still have the archive from which to extract the map_h.

Hello everyone,

I clearly saw the beauty of this map and I was dying to try it on my new BAT fresh install (Pegasus 3.8.2) but I'm crashing as soon as I press "play"
That is throught the FMB.
However, I think this might be caused by the graphic extender.
Has anyone sucessfully launched/played on this map with graphic extender?
I don't have any other clue.
Beautiful map really, I'm thinking about making a short video on this one !
