I don't have any problems with the Fokker G1 but can easily include this in subsequent updates if it helps people.
Sorry Monty, I've found the culprit and it was me ! In my conf.ini, I had this entry: HakenAllowed=1 in the [game] section. The problem was solved by setting this value to 0.  :-[

Hi all,

thanks for the upgrade, it's hefty! Also, I'm having trouble with the Bf-110G4R and H4R because no bullets come from the guns when I fire. There are sounds and flash effects, but no tracers and probably no bullets. Ideas?

EDIT: I also noticed I get a "6 dof has stopped functioning" type message when I try the B-24D. The game crachses.

Nope, the Bf110s are deadly.  Whether or not you actually eject shell casings is down to the effects package you use.

Liberators are all fine too.

That is interesting !

But what happens for other planes if you put a 0 at HakenAllowed ?

 8) I think the old Haken Allowed thing was cracked ages ago, built into the Modact and is simply no longer an issue for a Modact based game.

Never mind, just think how much we have done with these modules by now!  Many of us now have massively modded installs and they are almost identical!  This makes life so easy for the campaign builders and we are starting to see more mission material coming out every week.

I put to good use the G-4R last night, the Radar works a treat, proper Lichtenstien couple with the Schrage Musik makes a deadly nightfighter.

Many thanks again to all involved in creating and maintaining C.U.P - its absolutely brilliant - its so easy to update  - I'm getting withdrawal symptoms from not having to watch the 70% game loading indicator - I used to hold my breath until it passed - these days success is guaranteed . Looking forward to the conversions of previous versions of missions to CUP [waiting DOF] , and to the new ones . Regards and best wishes to all - Trev.

Anyone seeing this in the Spitfire (various Marks) rear-view mirror in CUP?

Had the same problem a few months ago, right after I constructed my CUP installation. This should get you to the fix one of our members kindly provided:

https://www.sas1946.com/main/index.php/topic,44975.msg536939.html#msg536939

The link is in reply #1609. You'll also see that I learned something about giving credit where it's due, and the possibility of a "fix" resulting in damage to the sim. This replacement sfs file, however, has always worked well; I've experienced no further problems with that mirror.

sounds good RE the fix for the Spit mirror.  Though, will this fix move into stock CUP?  I was hoping to remain stock on CUP to continue to absorb enhancements/fixes as the come online.  No worries if not soon as it was simply a finding while navigating around the wealth of content found in CUP!
