Radges artillery?

Hi guys im off the grid at the moment as my PC is getting shipped - are Radges new tanks/artillery getting added to CUP at any stage? Or are they already included?

I don't have CUP, but I think that 4.2 is included exactly. Not sure about 5.1...
Of course, I don't have anything against that at all :)
