Hello guys, this is a new thread intended to provide Self Stationary Planes for all periods of aviation history.

Before embarking on this venture I checked that SAS~ Epervier was happy for me to go ahead, the thread is meant to compliment not compete with his thread.

Essentially this thread will cover anything that Epervier does not wish to do such as jets, helicopters and the period WWI, interwar, post war and of course for those
who feel the need flying saucers. 

It could also include any WWII aircraft that SAS~Epervier does not intend to do, so if it was a WWII aircraft I would insist that the request be made first in the
Epervier thread and only if he refuses for whatever reason would it be answered in my thread.

I will not add any aircraft that I have already posted into projects I have worked on as they are available with the mods concerned.

Please do not post any long lists or I will delete the whole thread and refuse to make any SSP other than for aircraft I work on.

The thread is mainly intended to produce stationary aircraft for installs that will not except my full stationary mod such as HSFX.

As far as I am aware SSP mods do not work in taxi to take off missions in a 4.12 install, please report back if this proves not to be the case.

Note:

Any aircraft I do will be what works in my 4.12.2 with SAS Modact, I will not install any aircraft into a 4.09, 4.10 or HSFX install to test them.

What this means to you as users is that any aircraft you use will have to have the same air.ini entry as what goes in my 4.12 install, usually
most conversions do, if not you will need to provide me with the air.ini line of your mod and I will make it but you will have to test it.

Thanks for these and no worries Epervier had already indicated that he did not plan to do the A2n2/3.  Maybe the difference between the two is that one is Army the other Navy?  Then again maybe not.

AG, never ever use a SSP to spawn! It won't work... Use the generic spawn plane for that!

Hello AG-51 Hoss, as Peter has pointed out the SSP cannot be used for taxi to take off as far as I am aware, that statement is in the first post and I have now highlighted it in Red just to give it more emphasis.


For anyone who just wants the F-16 as SSP  these were requested in my other thread so I have added the link here in the first page:



There are two seperate files, add one or both and add the necessary entries in the correct place as indicated in the readme.

Please note:  You cannot use these for taxi to take off, they are purely eye candy.
