SAMs and CUP

Does CUP have a working SAM? If so where would I find them. I've looked at all the objects etc. I can think of to find them and nada. Shouldn't they be under Rockets? There was something in the promo video of a SAM launching.

In #JTW in stationary armor look for "SA2" and "Nike"
at the end of the list.  ;)
