When people criticised the colors we used on the russian default skin upgrade project my only response was the name of the book I worked from (Pilawskii: Soviet Air Force Fighter Colours 1941-45). I asked for their sources/book titles. I was simply saying that I dont have a reliable second source. The answer was: silence, nobody was able to come up with anything new.

it will cost about a thousand bucks
That we knew from the very beginning, it's 777's business model, no secret and nothing new either.

nobody was able to come up with anything new
Ask them for their "feeling" and you get a thousand replies :D
I see what you mean and because of this, I somehow understand what the BoS devs did and why they did it.
Maybe the timing could have needed some improvement.
I mean when the latest breathtaking enhancements consist of a tech chart, a transport plane and a payware addon then you might not have the best reputation among the community so it might be better to wait for good news before you place you next punch ;)

The other thing is that I played the original IL-2 Sturmovik in 2001, it was super slow on my pc and didnt look that exciting. I returned to it in 2004 and was so impressed that I'm still here.
So let's give the BoS devs a little break and some more time. :)

See?
you are focussing on the irrelevant crap ... yet again!

this is a hobby, and the computer/software is my only sin. so... money is not an issue. I can always do a little extra to keep the machine running all right for the software i want.
But TIME, man... they need to
start 50 planes in paralel,
have one dude working on carrier ops related matters
one guy for the ships department only [rowing boat to Yamamoto...]
have two extra dudes work on the desert scenery
hire one man who does nothing but research german Jabo ops with 190F in 1944
+one dude writing proper AI routines for that...

I want to see this one DONE before the end of the Effin decade, see?
screw money.
i can always steal a new computer and the game itself.

but how miserable is my life gonna be with no proper CFS?
Tell me THAT! Fuuuuuuu! *ragequit*

edit... pills. where are my pills.
edit II - they deserve to be hated... do they? tell me they do.

Before I'm gonna tell you, let me start by stating that your "1" key bounces when it's getting pressed together with the "Shift" key.
If money is no issue, you might want to get that fixed first.

so i lmgtfy'd that... just as you taught me.

and nobody seems to have consistent answers to the question: what is significant? what matters most?
The only thing i repeatedly found is that a significant portion of humans ... well... yea.

Agree with Loft... agree with uncle Oleg... boring subject really.
We should discuss what stefan molyneux has to say, versus the accusation of statism in this thread.

i gather that would be a most significant matter to focus on (same words, a bit re-arranged)

genius... isn't it.

the accusation of statism
While maintaining your image of being blunt or even rude, you're now trying to play the oversensitive?
Get over it.
