Experimental update to Hurricane canopies
« on: March 22, 2010, 04:42:42 AM »

Here is an update to https://www.sas1946.com/main/index.php/topic,155.0.html
with changing acoustics inside/outside, adding even more reality to one of my favoured flying machines:

I used a method of the type that I call "hammer and sickle", but it works. It needed some adjustments
in its motor prs file too.

If this one is well received, I will be happy to do it for other planes.

Ideally, I would prefer to find a better method of controlling acoustics than reloading the lot.
Another issue that needs attention is the drop of engine sound volume with altitude (or increase near ground due to reflections) that makes balancing the internal/external cockpit sounds rather fiddly.

The project is in the pipeline, but needs to wait for my return from an overseas trip (end of May).

Works great- Leaning out I can even see the exhaust manifolds...never saw these before...Can presets included be used with any other aircraft , like say the Spitfire...or no?
