If there was news then I guess it would be posted here .. but as I don't see any news then you don't need to be a rocket scientist to work out that there probably is none.

All I see are the usual "pushy" bumps to put pressure on someone who is doing what they do in their spare time and may I am sure consider sharing it with others when they are ready..

It might help to remember that it takes considerably longer to create a mod than a pretty screen shot  ;)
