Having been away for a long while, I have a fresh install of 4.12.2.  I decided to download SaS Modact 5.3 for this install, and, using the links provided started the download from Mediafire.  To my surprise it came up with a download time of about seven hours!  I thought I would let it run and after about twenty minutes a notice came up to say it had failed.  I tried the same on the link for M4T and the same thing happened.  Assuming this might be because of a lot of traffic, I have tried both of them at various times of the day and the same thing has happened (this is with anit-virus enabled and disabled).

I have a reasonably fast broadband link and have tried downloading other things as a test, and they all downloaded quite quickly and no problems.  I just wonder if anybody has any solution to this?

Maybe Mediafire has been a bit busy, you might want to try the same on another day.
If that doesn't help, there's also a torrent available for downloading Modact, the file can be found attached to the same post like the download links:

You need some torrent client to do so, e.g. µTorrent.

Many thanks for your rapid and helpful reply , it was certainly my thought that it could be busy, but I have never experienced it to be so slow before.

However, I shall take your advice and give that a try...... keep up the good work!
