However most of terrain remained the same, with exceptions as major landwork, quarries, etc. or coastal changes (not so much in that area).
After 1950? Much than you think: railways, irrigation, infrastructure, new concrete droms, rebuilding destroyed cities & factories, renamed many towns & willages - very big job.

I mean terrain.
Infrastructural and architerctural changes are well know to me - Crimean native.

Good work.
Interesting photos as well. Pre-war Constanta was nice city.

P.S: if redid in true landskape, will require the use of Zuti Friction mod (undesirable).
PSS: the museum & casino placeholders looks  poorly..

Instead of Zuti friction mod it is frequently viable to use BlankFieldPlates for airfields.
As for museum and casino, it is best to ask some skilled  modder like Molva to create the new objects, or, to learn to do it yourself.

VP Media is involved in construction of new buildings in the meantime. Just a hint.

This some (at first plane) better by size, but need to be improved.. not found additions to the external similarity..

Hello Toobone

The channel that connects Medgidia to the lake was built by political prisoneers in the 80s.

See here pictures with the channel in present day

I'll try to find some city center photos
