@SAS~Tom2
It's a texture combined with modified PlateS object from DBW...

"Lublin R-XIIIter hydro (there were some Lublins in Pinsk in 30's)"
OK, it better sounds like that: There were some R-XIIIs in Pinsk in 30's ;D ;D ;D

And what do You think about default "Country" texture (pictures from Kleck and Bereza Kartuska)? I can't decide to change it or not?

Greetings,
ls

Is,

if in doubt I possibly would try one of cyberolas' Crimea etc. textures instead the texture you meant, IMHO they would fit nicely over the Poland maps, but that is just my thought.

Crimea lools very close to these screens IIRC...I mean the Crimea textures. Maybe also Kursk? But Crimea comes to my mind..

So far this looks very nice! Same as Uzin's map BTW, also very good!
 :)

Cheers

Hello Piotrek1,

yes, I have some new 3D objects (Polish hangars, railway stations, KOP buildings, manor houses and palaces - before 1939 there were a lot of them here - grass airfields and some historical landmarks), new textures (thx to Cyberolas and other modders), borders from 1930 's with border poles (Lithuania, III Reich, Poland, USSR) etc.
Corrected map_c, roads and terrain (it was wild country with lot marshes and forests till 1960 's).
Maybe during Xmas I will show some new screenshots...

Greetings,

I am also looking forward to the release of this next jewel in the Il-2 map collection.
Good luck !

EDIT:
Vasya na Aviaskins has suggestions how to improve the tga files of the map,
see posts #161 and newer:

Perhaps you will take his opinion on account.

Good idea, I'd like to use it in campaigns where relevant.
