A-20 Torpedo launch

My son is trying to fly the A 20 armed with a torpedo. Weapon 4 is used for bombs and torpedoes on planes like the avenger etc. and it works for launching torpedoes. When we try and use weapon 4/the space bar to launch a torpedo from the A 20 it wont launch or drop. Any ideas please, thanks

The problem also exists in UP2 and other planes ...!
Although doors of the bomb bay of the A-20 are removed ...   must still open the bomb bay doors!
