I'm still working on this. As you can figure out, it is part of the Visual MOD.

The main problem is that it has a very slow update of the frames, so it is nice for pictures, but for playing image is very blurred.

Here is the comparison of the effect in the same scene.

Now in Stereo, and I got it quite dramatic. It is adjustable.

Click to see the big images to really appreciate what it delivers.

Now in Stereo, and I got it quite dramatic. It is adjustable.

Does this mean you can shift the focus towards the camera or away from it?

I've found over the years that, when taking photos, you can make a powerful statement by where the depth of field is located. For instance, all your screenshots show the distance to be somewhat out-of-focus. That places the centre of interest on the object in the foreground. However, what if I want to get the far aircraft focused and am not to interested in the guys and the plane in the foreground?

Will we be able to alter the f-stop value for the depth of field? I see in your pictures a reference to "D.O.F. fFactor: 0.13" as well as five others. Is this what will be the f-stops?

This promises to be another of your ground-breaking mods.

Very cool Pablo! Gracias!  :P

One question, not sure WHERE it actually has to be posted:
It seems with later Visual mods I lack the option to see my plane symbols on the map, I see some symbols like air bases rather (indpendent of my setuo ingame). :-\

And, how do you get the G in the new digital look to become displayed, I never get the number for Gs when I activate that mod, only the screen and the later "G".
Anyway, that walking pilot mod is so cool, makes up for some minor issues. :)

Cheers

Thorsten,
I think that somewhere I have explained it, but I don't have the slightest idea where. There isn't a formal documentation of recent features of the Visual MOD.

The option that detemrines that is:

SpeedbarGMode=3

  Obviously in [MODs] section.

  Regards,
                         Pablo
