I know most of you only know me as the kid who's been having some trouble with mods (The ones that do know me, that is!), but I've been making skins since last year. I had made a great Doolittle Raiders skinpack for the B-25J and, since I'm now modded, figured it'd be nice to have it for Riken's B-25B. After hours of work, I now uploaded a skinpack containing both the J and the B version.

Here's some of the birds from the pack (B-25B version):

Good, it's good to see new modders emerging. I'm making some single missions, and campaigns for WWI,and WWII. So, I might put up a few skin requests. Meanwhile, some of the infantry, motorcycles, and wagon drivers need re-skinning. None of them are the right color for WWI French, or Imperial Russian. I guess some of the 'stationary objects' human figures could be re-skinned too. For example in black/blue/olive as Luftwaffe/RAF/USAAF ground crew.  These skins would not have to be up to Nobel Prize winning standard. Just the usual Il2 standard would be fine.

David, you might wanna slow down a little. I make skins for the B-25 because it's my favorite bird and I know a lot about it. It's nice to be flying something you made. But I don't know anything about wagons, motorcycles and honestly not much about WWI. I don't even know where to get templates for those or where to "put" them. All I know about WWII came from Pearl Harbor (Not an accurate movie, but exciting and gives you the will to know more), Thirty Seconds Over Tokyo (1944), Midway (1970), Memphis Belle (1990), Blazing Angels (Awesome game. Flight might not be realistic, but teaches history in a fun and easy way.), Fortress (My favorite war movie, about the MTO and B-17s) and Wikipedia. I can do some other requests (Preferably B-25, B-17 or B-24), but I do need reference and a template. Sorry.

Welcome to the IL2+mods club Blackout25.
Wonderful skins for this classic bomber. Excellent skin-art, Congratulations!

We do need more skin artists with fresh new ideas and skills. Specially IL2-game fans that are also enthusiastic
aviation fans to paint all these mod aircraft to look their best in this game. A mod is merely a 3D model until
someone can make it come alive with a fresh new skin, and of course the most important part of it all,  the
great mod-artists that are able to make it fly right in the IL2+mods skies.
What was that phrase someone once said?.. oh yeah, "WE CAN DO IT! YES WE CAN!" 

Enjoy the game with your new skins. They look super.

I know this is a really, really, really old topic (practically dead tbh - and sorry for digging it up).

Anyway, someone still have these skins, especially talking for the B-25B version? All the links are down and none of the Doolittle Raid missions that are around have the complete set, or only have the B-25j version (and I´m not interested in it).
