The title is AH-DIII

Their serial numbers look Austrian and the scenery doesn't look much like the Western Front...I'd guess Late 253 Oeffag D III but other members might know better !

Oh, AH-DIII makes sense, I didn't think of the Oeffag ones... interesting! I suppose hence the light colored wings and rudder.

some fantastic photos! especially of the Albatros ll. which had a horrible lower wing flaw!

Beautiful selection of vintage photos!  8) Those look great.

Take notice ... the earlier airplanes in WW1 had wheels of a lighter colored rubber. They were not all black colored.
Some were even all white , peach-pink , and even a light yellow color.
Other aircraft even had wooden wheels which sometimes were painted black or dark brown in color.
